At Mindful Microdosing (Pty) Ltd, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Shipping Within South Africa
We currently ship throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners including:
- The Courier Guy
- PUDO by The Courier Guy
Shipping is available to most physical addresses and PUDO locker locations nationwide.
2. Shipping Costs
Business-to-Door Delivery
A flat shipping fee of R100 applies to all standard national deliveries within South Africa unless otherwise stated.
PUDO Deliveries
Where PUDO Locker delivery is selected, the applicable shipping rate will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations.
International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, parcel size, weight and courier rates.
Customers are responsible for:
- customs duties;
- import taxes;
- VAT;
- brokerage fees;
- any additional charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee unless expressly stated.
Mindful Microdosing has no control over customs processing times or charges.
4. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed during normal business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Major Cities
Approximately 1 to 3 business days.
Regional and Outlying Areas
Approximately 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take several hours to become active.
7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address supplied during checkout is accurate and complete.
Mindful Microdosing cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Where an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply before the parcel is resent.
8. Missed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available to receive the parcel or collection is not made from a PUDO locker within the required period, the parcel may be returned to us.
Any additional courier costs associated with redelivery may be payable by the customer.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- severe weather;
- courier delays;
- public holidays;
- industrial action;
- customs processing;
- load shedding;
- unforeseen operational disruptions.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist by opening an investigation with the courier.
Where a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
10. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please provide:
- your order number;
- photographs of the packaging;
- photographs of the product;
- a description of the damage.
We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
11. Delivery of Restricted Products
Certain products or practitioner services may only be supplied where permitted by applicable South African law and may be subject to additional verification or consultation requirements before dispatch.
Mindful Microdosing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where legal, regulatory or ethical obligations require us to do so.
12. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once payment has been received in full.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the nominated delivery address or collection point.
