1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for natural health products under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they are defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be eligible for a full refund or exchange. We may request photos of the damage for verification purposes.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are exempt from being returned:

  • Any product that has been opened or used.
  • Products on sale or clearance.
  • Perishable goods and items that cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations.

4. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged. Refunds do not include original shipping charges.
